Healthy Huckleberry Frosty

Ingredients

2 cups frozen blueberries or huckleberries

1 cup honey Greek yogurt or vanilla coconut yogurt for dairy free and Vegan

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons maple syrup - optional, add to taste according to your fruit sweetness

2-3 cups ice cubes

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender.

2. Blend until smooth, starting on low speed and working up to speeds 6 or 7 on a Vitamix.

3. You'll need to use the tamper to keep the frosty moving in the blender because it will be very thick.

4. If you want thinner consistency, use fresh berries or let them thaw in the blender first, and it will be more like an icy smoothie.
